Patrick has more than 33 years of experience working on civil engineering and surveying projects in Oregon, California, and Nevada, and has been with HWA for 15 years. He has been licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor for more than 25 years. Patrick is experienced in all phases of data collection and processing of GPS and conventional surveys, including control surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way retracement surveys, boundary surveys, hydrographic surveys, and construction staking. He has extensive experience resolving boundaries and preparing records of surveys, easement legal descriptions and exhibits, ALTA surveys, subdivision and partition plats, and topographical mapping.
