Sean provides extensive experience in creating quality planning exhibits and construction documents for commercial/residential land development and roadway infrastructure in collaboration with key stakeholders, project managers, and design team consultants. He has successfully completed an array of projects throughout Central Oregon implementing innovative and economical solutions while meeting local regulatory requirements for grading and drainage design, roadway and utility infrastructure, and ADA/pedestrian facilities.
