Born and raised in the heart of the community he now serves; Evan is a dedicated civil engineer with a passion for building a better future. An alumnus of George Fox University, Evan earned his degree in civil engineering, where he developed a strong foundation in sustainable design and infrastructure development. After working in the Portland-metro area for two years, Evan returned to his roots. With a deep connection to Central Oregon’s landscape and history, he works closely with developers and local officials to ensure projects enhance the community while preserving its natural beauty. When not designing infrastructure, Evan can be found riding local trails, camping in the Cascade Mountains, or surfing the river wave — pursuits that deepen his appreciation for the area he is committed to improving.
