Brett has more than twenty-three years of experience as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the design and management of several large and complex projects in both the public and private sectors. Brett’s experience in the Civil Engineering field covers a broad range of areas, including roadway and utility infrastructure design, site development, subdivisions, parks, ADA and pedestrian improvements, and stormwater drainage design. Brett is one of four principals at HWA and is dedicated to valued excellence from initial project concepts, through engineering design, regulatory approvals, quality assurance, and construction management.
