Aquila comes to us with extensive experience through the Northwest states, having joined our team following her graduation from OIT. Her experience in Washington includes an internship where she spent her time completing ALTA surveys. Prior to entering into OIT, Aquila worked as a Title Officer throughout Oregon and Alaska for 17 years, where she handled residential and commercial projects, right of way acquisitions for ODOT and the City of Bend, and a wide range of land development projects. In addition to the various types of fieldwork including construction staking and collecting topographic data, her in-office surveying experience includes preparing ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision and partition plats, preparing and reviewing easements and legal descriptions, and reviewing complex title research for all sizes of projects.
