Mark has over thirty-two years of experience engineering and managing large development and infrastructure projects including roadways, water mains, sewer collection mains and pump stations, site development, public institutions, subdivisions, commercial and industrial projects, and university campuses. Mark has worked as project engineer and project manager on projects in Central Oregon for the past 23 years. With a solutions-based background in the civil engineering field, he has a broad background in providing design alternatives in infrastructure design through corridors with significant constraints related to topography, existing utility crossings, system capacities, and traffic control challenges during construction.
