Mark first became a PE in 1995 in Colorado. He started working at HWA and got his Oregon PE in 1997, after he and his wife moved to Bend. In 2016, he became a partner at HWA. Mark’s contributions to the firm and his mentoring of many new civil engineers will leave a lasting impression for years to come. Although we’ll miss him, all of us at HWA…
